Step 1. Setup the Text

●     First of all, launch the Cricut Design Space app on your device and open a 'New Project.'

●     And then, from the left sidebar, click on the Text option. Enter the text on your canvas that you want to write.

●     You can change of size of the written text by dragging the arrow inward or outward.

●     Open the drop-down menu of the Style option and choose the Writing option. It will create strong lettering for your project.




●     Next, you need to arrange the lettering to create the proper formatting.

 

Step 2. Adding the Font and Colors

●     First, click on the Font drop-down menu to select the font you want to use in your project.

●     And to see which fonts are available for your devices, click on the Filter option.

●     You can keep choosing the fonts until you are satisfied with any.

●     Select the Llinetype panel to check which colors are available for the fonts.

●     You can also use multiple colors in a single word or multiple words.

 

Step 3. Connecting the Cricut to Write

●     Firstly, select all of your text boxes and select the Attach option. By doing that, all text will be grouped together.

●     However, if there is only one work in your text, then you do not need to choose that option.

●     Go to the screen's top right corner and click the Make It option. It will open the preview of the writing.

●     If you are satisfied with the preview, choose the Make It option again to complete it. (However, if you are unsatisfied with the preview, you can go back and make changes.)

●     Next, use the drop-down menu to choose the machine and attach the required Cricut pen to the machine. (You can use Bluetooth connectivity to a USB connection to connect the machine to your PC.)

●     Once that is done, load the selected paper and check if th pen is properly set. (You will get the notification to change when it needs to write with other colors.)

●     Press the Go button on your Cricut machine when the paper and the pen are attached to the Cricut machine.
